Terms & Conditions – Games

1. Registration Requirement
   Participation is allowed only after successful registration through the official registration form.
2. Eligibility & Age Categories
   Participants must compete in their assigned age category as per the rules. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify age and eligibility at any stage.
3. Team Age Category Consistency
   For team registrations, the age category selected (Under 19 or Under 14) applies to all players in the team. All team members must belong to the same age category.
4. Identification
   Submission of a valid CNIC or B-Form picture is mandatory for age verification. Incomplete or false information will lead to disqualification.
5. Rules & Conduct
   All participants must follow the game-specific rules, event schedule, and the Code of Conduct at all times.
6. Fair Play
   Any form of misconduct, cheating, or use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Punctuality
   Participants must report on time for their matches. Late arrivals may result in a walkover.
8. Equipment Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for their personal equipment, unless otherwise provided by the organizers.
9. Health & Safety
   Participants take part at their own responsibility. The organizers will not be held liable for injuries caused due to negligence or rule violation.
10. Event Changes
    The organizing committee reserves the right to modify schedules, categories, or rules if required.
11. Final Authority
    Decisions made by the Organizing Committee and officials will be final and binding.
